Fitness Routine

Hey guys!
It's been a rough week. So many of my classes have started the final push to end the semester. That means that from here on out, we are all pretty loaded down.

One of the best ways to handle stress is by exercising. I've been trying to fit in plenty of it lately. The best method I have found for working out without hardly any equipment, and no gym membership, is a YouTuber and blogger named Cassey Ho who runs Blogilates. She has a TON of videos and creates workout calendars for each month. Since I'm living in a dorm room, needing a lot of weights and exercise equipment is obviously not going to work for me. Sometimes, all the time I have (and energy I want to spend) requires staying in my room. Her videos are perfect for someone with a small amount of space. If you do her whole routine it is about an hour of work, and let me tell you, it is WORK. Today's workout was too hard for me and I didn't make it all the way through. But, she makes you want to keep going!

    I really like kickboxing and Pilates, however the latter can be quite expensive. I want to try more workout routines by myself! It's hard for beginners LOL xo
